Chris Hart-Henderson, Owner | Chris Hart-Henderson is a licensed landscape contractor with over 20 years landscape design and gardening experience in the high, dry, cold intermountain west and Central Oregon.
Chris teaches college-level landscape design and horticulture courses, has spoken at many seminars and conferences, and studied landscape architecture at Oregon State University. Her passion for using native and regionally compatible plants to create casual natural landscapes has gleaned her several state and regional design awards. Chris’ passion for creating exciting regional landscapes that are sustainable has evolved organically out of living, gardening, and playing outdoors in the Central Oregon area since 1984.

Ani Cahill, Design | Ani Cahill combines creativity and design expertise with practicality. Ani is technically proficient in all aspects of design and planning. Her passion for gardening is a family tradition and she brings her own unique approach to her art.
Ani’s design style encompasses everything from Contemporary Modern to Pure Natural Native. Ani instills confidence with her experience, plant knowledge, modern design sensibility, and youthful creative approach.
Chris Wright, Special Projects | Chris Wright is a expert gardener with over 30 years of experience gardening and designing in Central Oregon. Chris combines her passion for perennials, extensive garden experience and creative design talent with a savvy business mind.
Chris offers trustworthy knowledgeable experience expressed through dependable artistic planting and designs that delight the senses.

Debbie Goodwin, Nursery & Design | Debbie Goodwin is a certified permaculture designer and a garden designer (permaculture is a design system for creating sustainable human environments, and is based on the observation of natural systems, the wisdom contained in traditional growing methods, and modern scientific and technological knowledge). She received her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Landscape Architecture from Oregon State University (Debbie and Chris went to school together in the same program at OSU) and has a Masters of Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University. She has been a licensed landscape architect both in Oregon and Washington. She was the Urban Designer and Landscape Architect for the City of Spokane, Washington for 14 years and then went on to establish her own design firm, Human Nature Design. Debbie was an Adjunct Professor for Washington State University’s senior level landscape architect students teaching design studio and professional practice, and a full-time Horticulture Instructor at Spokane Community College. In addition to her training and experience as a landscape architect, Debbie is a natural builder apprentice with experience in cob and cob/strawbale building, a certified permaculture designer, and has been an art instructor for children and adult art classes.
Debbie is focused on assisting customers with their plant selections and needs. Her friendly approach, knowledge and experience are sure to be appreciated by our customers.
